Our meeting / function room measures approximately 9m x 6m and can be booked on it’s own. Three large triple glazed sliding doors provide ample light and two of them open out onto a terrace with wonderful views over the Estuary. It’s oak floor has underfloor heating throughout, an HDMI point in the ceiling for a projector, USB charging points, plus zoned lighting. There is a large bathroom (designed to accommodate wheelchair or mobility needs), and a generous kitchen space with a gas cooker and fridge. The space is flexible and can be adapted for your event.

Normally, there is a large oak table which comfortable seats 6 but can be extended to seat 10. In addition, there are two three seater sofas and an armchair in the room. We are happy to add, move, or remove furniture, depending on your event needs.

Whether it is a yoga day course or class, an intimate music event, a cosy meeting or brainstorming event, or you would like us to host a tour and or talk please get in touch so that we can discuss your event in more detail. We are happy for you to self cater, or we may be able to provide food depending on the event. The building is surrounded by our 12 acres of sloping woodland and pasture where the focus is on creating a haven for wildlife. Various paths wind their way through woodland, along rides and into hidden glades with plenty of benches along the way to sit, rest and enjoy the views.
