The oranges & purples of autumn Maples feature in the colour scheme, along with a blanket and rug by Weaver Green, created from recycled plastic bottles. As the other rooms, it enjoys wonderful views over the edge of the village and the river Fowey from the large, triple glazed sliding doors, and it’s own seating space on the terrace. There is a kingsize bed, which can convert to a twin on request. There is also storage space on one side of the bed. There are also cast iron hooks and hangers for clothing.

Enjoy a Suite

All bathrooms are ensuite and have walk in showers, with a fixed rain head and detachable spray head, hooks for towels, a wood counter with a basin and extra shelving for your toiletries. Windows or skylights provide natural light. We supply guest soap and a trial shampoo bar from the Clovelly Handmade Soap Company, along with a travel tin so that you can take them with you. Towels are Bamboo & Cotton and a bath mat is supplied, but not beach towels.

Finest Quality

We have sourced wool duvets, organic, fair trade linen, and blankets & rugs by Weaver Green – which are made from recycled bottles! Much of the other furniture is up-cycled: headboards are made from wooden flooring or cladding from the original barn, and the rooms are painted with Earthborn clay paints. most of the soft furnishings have been made by Karen. Rooms have bottle of our own borehole water, recycled glasses and wine glasses & champagne flutes. There is a kettle and Tregothnan & Pukka teabags, Olfactory filter coffee and cafetiere. There is a small guest fridge in the entrance hallway and we can also provide a small coolbox with blocks that can be changed daily on request. USB charging points are provided along with a selection of books; with more in the Breakfast room library where you can also borrow games, maps, walking guides and binoculars.
